How we use strength and conditioning

As part of your rehabilitation

Strength and conditioning forms part of many rehabilitation programs. It can help rebuild capacity following back, shoulder, hip or knee injuries, surgery and sporting injuries.

One-to-one strength and conditioning

Work individually with your physiotherapist on a structured program tailored to your current ability, goals and the activities you want to perform.

Three-person clinical exercise classes

Complete an individualised strength and exercise program with close physiotherapist guidance in a class limited to three people.

Six-person strength and conditioning classes

Build strength, fitness and physical capacity through progressive group training in a supportive six-person class.
